SOLAR CARE SERVICES
A solar installation is a large electrical appliance and a considerable capital investment.
Solar is not set-and-forget. There are many and varied things that can, and do, go wrong.
As an EcoKleenSolar franchisee, you will be helping your customers maintain their solar installations to ensure they are getting the best possible return on their investment.
You will be delivering these services to home and small business owners of all types and sizes within your Territory, as well as working cooperatively with our Commercial Division on large projects within your Territory.
OUR SOLAR CARE SERVICES
Your Solar Care services include:
- regular visual inspections to confirm the integrity of the system and its components
- a periodic panel cleaning regime to remove surface contaminants
- visual and thermal imaging inspections to identify irregularities in panels and other system components
- install solar mesh for the management of pest bird and animal infestation
- recommend qualified, local service providers to assist your customer with upgrades, batteries, repairs and maintenance, etc.

As an EcoKleenSolar Franchisee, your first priority is to actively promote your core business, i.e. after-market Solar Care services for home and business owners, based around inspections, cleaning and protecting their solar installations.
However, feedback from our EcoKleenSolar Franchisee Network is that customers are regularly asking about services outside our core offering. The most common of these are gutter cleaning, pressure washing of driveways and paths, and cleaning of other hard surfaces including decks, block fences, exterior walls, etc.
When you are on a customer’s property, we encourage you to be observant and to offer additional services when the need is apparent.
